After going through so much time and spending for your order the last thing you don't want to do is not storing your cake in the right temperature. Please do your part of keeping and storing your cakes properly. We hope the following gives a great help!


Place the cake box on a flat and level surface. The best option is keep in your boot or floor board of your vehicle. Keeping them in your laps or car seats is not encouraged as they are not leveled, an uneven surface may result in ‘cake shifting’ which will ruin the cake or decorations.


  • Cake and fridge are the biggest best friends. Refrigeration is always better, preferred and/or needed. Most tiered cakes have been refrigerated for several hours before the ordered pickup time/delivery . If you are storing the cake for longer than 2 hours before cutting, refrigeration is the best option for storing your cake.
  • Cake is best served in room temperature if not this might affect the texture of cake and cream leading it to not taste the best. Hence displaying your cake before or during the event is recommended. It takes about an hour to 1.5 hours for the cake to come to room temperature.
  • Storing leftovers: If you happen to have leftovers, do NOT cut them up and put it in a Tupperware because that's the most Singaporean thing to do! Cutting up the cake is like giving access to the cake to become dry. Unserved cake should be left uncut in an AIR TIGHT container and kept in the refrigerator till your next serving.
